Platform role
Haiwenli is operated by 武汉比熊科技有限公司 and provides Singapore-focused rental and living-services workflows. The MVP focuses on rental listings, advisor requests, viewing bookings, CRM follow-up, referral rewards, provider submissions, reports, and manual admin review.
The platform is not a land-title registry and does not guarantee that offline terms remain unchanged after publication. Final price, availability, rental status, and contract terms depend on advisor/provider confirmation and offline signing documents.
Accounts and login
Users may sign in with a phone verification code and must provide accurate phone and contact details. Users are responsible for bookings, advisor requests, referrals, rewards, and withdrawal requests under their account.
Users must not impersonate others, misuse phone numbers, bulk-register, manipulate rewards, submit false information, or interfere with platform operations.
Listing display and review
Listings must pass platform review before public display. Platform-entered listings are tied to platform advisors or admins; provider-submitted listings require a complete contact profile and platform approval.
Full unit addresses are not shown publicly. Trust Score, verification status, deposit signals, and readiness scores are helpful indicators, not absolute guarantees.
Advisor contact
Each listing is tied to its own contact person. Contacting a listing opens the responsible contact's in-app chat and automatically carries the current listing card.
External channels such as WhatsApp, WeChat, or Enterprise WeChat may also be subject to third-party terms and privacy rules.
Viewing bookings
Submitted bookings remain Pending until an advisor confirms them. Advisors may confirm based on listing status, provider confirmation, schedule feasibility, and tenant needs.
Only advisor-marked offline attendance counts as a valid viewing. Cancellations, no-shows, rented listings, or incomplete details may lead to cancellation or adjustment.
Referrals and rewards
MVP rewards are manually configured and reviewed. Viewing rewards depend on invited users completing advisor-confirmed valid viewings; rental rewards enter review after signing and may be paid after move-in confirmation.
Rewards are not automatically issued merely for clicking a link, registering, submitting a booking, or failing to attend. Abnormal referrals, false bookings, reward abuse, or platform bypass may be rejected or cancelled.
Wallet and withdrawals
The wallet shows pending, approved, payable, paid, and lifetime rewards. MVP withdrawals are manually reviewed by admins and paid offline through PayNow, bank transfer, or another confirmed method.
Incomplete payout details, disputed rewards, abnormal transactions, or unresolved risk review may delay or reject a withdrawal.
Provider rules
Providers must complete their public contact profile, including display name, phone, WhatsApp, and Enterprise WeChat link, before submitting listings.
Providers must ensure listing photos, videos, prices, district, move-in date, house rules, fees, and tenant restrictions are accurate. MVP deposits are recorded offline and are not automatically deducted.
Reports and risk control
Users may report fake listings, harassment, price mismatch, fraud, or similar issues. The platform may manually review and take warnings, delisting, account restriction, risk-action records, or reward freezing/rejection.
Users must not submit malicious reports or false materials.
Limitation and updates
The platform uses reasonable efforts to review listings, providers, and service flows, but cannot guarantee every offline transaction risk. Users should check contracts, payment accounts, listing condition, fees, and provider identity before signing or paying.
The platform may update this agreement or privacy policy for business, legal, or regulatory reasons and should notify users of material changes through reasonable channels.
